I approach mental health and emotional challenges from a psychoanalytic perspective and have also been trained and supervised in additional approaches (LGBT Affirmative,
Sex Positive Approach to the treatment of sexual disorders, Humanistic) which I also incorporate into my style of therapy. I have experience with 12-step programs.
Laughter is often part of the process, as humor is integral to healing.
